Last week we found a deal on Lastminute.com for a 2 course meal and theatre tickets for £24 each, what a bargain! We chose to go to Sophie’s Steakhouse in Covent Garden which was delicious, I had the chargrilled chicken with chips and AJ had steak frite, we both had the cheesecake which was the best I have ever tasted, and I have had one too many cheesecakes in my time.
It was a pistachio, dark chocolate and marzipan one and oh my it was incredible! I could eat it all over again right now (and I’ve just had a Pain au Chocolat for breakfast, so that shows how good it was)We then went to see Mamma Mia which is a show I have wanted to see for a long time, my Grandma has always raved about it! Our seats were really high up, but what can you expect when you only paid about £12 for them! We could still see everything and thoroughly enjoyed singing along to all the Abba classics, it was such a feel good show!
You should definitely look out for these deals on Lastminute.com because they are great for an inexpensive date night treat or something to do with your girlfriends. Especially when the tickets themselves are usually in the £30 or more category!
